Security Forces Continue Operation Shaban Against Militants in Balochistan

Security forces are continuing intelligence-based air and ground operations against militants in Balochistan, according to security sources. The sources said that four more militants were killed during recent actions in the Saran Tangi area, bringing the reported number of militants killed during Operation Shaban to 71.

The sources further claimed that a total of 109 militants have been killed in various operations since July 5. They said a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from those killed, including M4 rifles, SMGs, rocket launchers, mobile phones, and other equipment.

Authorities said the operation is focused on dismantling terrorist infrastructure, eliminating armed groups, and preventing attacks against civilians and security personnel. Security forces have maintained that operations will continue until all elements involved in terrorism are neutralized.

The government and security agencies have reaffirmed their determination to ensure stability in Balochistan and protect the lives and property of citizens. Officials said the campaign against terrorism will continue with full resolve to achieve lasting peace in the region.
