DG ISPR Holds Special Session with Students During Summer Internship 2026

Students joining in the ISPR Summer Internship 2026 be present a special collaborating session with DG ISPR, where he talk over key matters connected to national security, counterterrorism, and accountable social media use.

The internship programme is witnessing participation from more than 6,000 students at 21 locations across Pakistan. The DG ISPR discussed major national matters with students, spoke about key national security issues, cleared students’ questions, and provided guidance on security challenges and effective information management.

According to the participants, the session provided them with valuable insights into how to recognize and counter misinformation, disinformation, propaganda, and fake news. Participants noted that the session helped clarify several issues related to national security and provided a better perspective on the country’s security situation.

The session also covered updates on Azad Jammu and Kashmir, information campaigns, and Pakistan’s viewpoint on regional developments. They said the complete description facilitated them better recognize the ground certainties.

Students welcomed the detailed discussion on Fitna-ul-Hindustan and Fitna-ul-Kharij, saying it helped clear confusion and delivered a better understanding of security encounters.

Students finished the session by stating their purpose to use social media correctly, and avoiding the spread of misinformation and propaganda.
