PM Khan directs to dispose off all the pending cases fast track basis. Prime Minister Imran Khan issued these directives, while presiding over federal cabinet meeting

He directed to dispose off all the pending cases on rules and regulations, penalty measures, seniority, promotion and other matters of the civil servants.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting, Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan briefed the media regarding decisions of the Federal Cabinet meeting.

Furthermore, she said that concerned authorities disclosed that 106343 cases are pending in the ministries and divisions. They relate to the issues for the last three decades.

Meanwhile, the concerned authorities briefed that various government departments condemned the use of 370,000 items including 6000 officials vehicles. However, they took no practical steps to dispose these off.

Prime Minister tasked PM’s Delivery Unit to take follow up with all relevant ministries to help resolve all the pending cases.

He also gave a time frame of 45 days to government ministries to resolve these issues.

The officials concerned also informed the cabinet that NADRA dedicate every Friday to make ID cards for rural women.

Moreover, Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis informed regarding preparing an APP for reporting and resolving the issues faced by overseas Pakistanis.

The Prime Minister directed to remove all obstacles in the way of introduction of Sehat Insaaf Cards to provide maximum benefits to the public.

The Cabinet also gave approval for transfer of three properties which various government departments  surrendered for utilization in Naya Pakistan Housing Authority.
