President Erdogan lauds Pakistan unflinching support to Palestinian people.

While talking to Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan applauded Pakistan’s unflinching support to the oppressed Palestinian people.

Pakistan’s foreign minister Shah Mahmood called on him at the presidential palace in Ankara.

Turkish President said his country will host the seventh meeting of Pakistan Turkey high level strategic cooperation council.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said both Pakistan and Turkey enjoy strong relations and share identical views on a host of issues.

Furthermore, he appreciated the Turkish President’s categorical stance on Kashmir and Palestine disputes.

Earlier, Pakistan and Turkey condemned Israeli aggression against unarmed Palestinians and their forced eviction from their homes.

Strong condemnation came as Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu met in Ankara Tuesday.

Pakistan and Turkey condemn Israel

The two Foreign Ministers also decided to jointly raise voice against the Israeli persecution of Palestinians.

Moreover, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said we will not leave alone our Palestinian brothers.

He said the entire Muslim community is in a state of pain due to the Israeli bombardment and the violence against Palestinians during Ramazan-ul-Mubarak and Eid-ul-Fitr.

He further said on the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan, we are observing a day of solidarity with our Palestinian brothers on Friday.
