PSX KSE-100 index : Market crashed as index cut by 2371 points settled at 62,833

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) benchmark KSE-100 Index on Tuesday crashed falling over 2371 points. Stock market value reduced by 3.6% concluding at 62,833 points.

The KSE-100 index started trading from yesterday’s 65,204 points and becoming bearish quickly. The index traded in a range of 2772 points showing an intraday high of 65,132 points and a low of 62,360 points. The total volume of the KSE-100 index was 949.86 million shares.KSE-100 has shed 5% this week so far.

 

 

The market analysts anticipated that the market would “undergo a corrective phase until the end of December, with a crucial support level at 64,500, adding “exercise caution at these levels”.
