Gas supply schedule for Ramadan 2025
The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced its gas supply schedule for the holy month of Ramadan in Karachi, interior Sindh, and Balochistan. SSGC, which is responsible for the transmission and distribution of natural gas in these regions, has assured its customers of an uninterrupted gas supply during Sehar and Iftaar.
The company extended its heartfelt Ramadan wishes to its customers and emphasized its commitment to ensuring a smooth gas supply during the crucial times of Sehar and Iftaar preparations. However, SSGC also pointed out that the country’s natural gas reserves are depleting at an annual rate of 10%, which is causing a widening demand-supply gap.
To manage gas pressure effectively during Ramadan, SSGC will implement a gas pressure profiling schedule. The gas supply will be available during the following times:
Gas Availability:
- 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Gas Suspension:
- 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM
SSGC encourages its customers to be mindful of these timings during the holy month.
