Religious scholar gets 2nd marriage offers over phone

Renowned religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jamil has revealed that he was getting phone calls from girls offering marriage until 4 to 5 years back.

During a podcast, when Tariq Jamil was asked by its host why did he not opt for a second marriage, the religious scholar replied that if he had married again then Maulana Tariq would not be Maulana.

He said that because he has to utilise his power to focus on preaching, he will have to make this sacrifice.

The renowned scholar revealed that until 4-5 years ago, girls used to call and say that they want to marry him.

He further revealed that he started getting second marriage proposals after two years of his marriage.
