Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan copy of Dhoom: Director

The director of Bollywood’s blockbuster action film ‘Dhoom’ has termed Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Pathan’ as ‘fake and copycat’.

According to Indian media, action director Allan Amin said that the film ‘Pathan’ has been copied from his 2004 film Dhoom.

In an interview, Alan Amin said that the film looks like a copy because the action scenes between Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham have been sequenced in the same way he had filmed between Abhishek and John in Dhoom.

He continued that people are tired of watching action movies now, which is the reason why Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer ‘Bade Miyan Aur Chote Miyan’ failed to do well at the box office.

The action director added that now people are being shown garbage in the name of action. When you talk about action, it needs to be shown lightening it up like I did in the Dhoom-2 in 2006, Amin recalled. He continued that, in Dhoom-2, he filmed actor Hrithik Roshan jumping from a helicopter onto a moving train.

He further said that for that scene, he asked a base jumper to show him landing on the train from helicopter. The jumper practically did it then I realized it was possible. That’s why we shot that scene, if it wasn’t successful during the trial, we would not have done that scene, Amin concluded.
