The Health department of all provinces appealed to the parents to get their children vaccinated against polio virus.

According to official sources, the government is running this special campaign of varied duration in 124 districts.

During the drive, Polio teams will administer vaccine drops to over 33 million children under five years age.

The campaign aims to protect them from Polio disease.

Meanwhile, Coronavirus infection killed 58 more people during the last 24 hours.

According to the National Command and Operation Center, 1,490 new positive cases of Coronavirus also reported in the country .

Meanwhile, 49285 tests conducted in a single day, while positivity ratio remained 3.02 per cent.

The death toll due to pandemic has now reached 21,323 and 864, 931 patients stand recovered from pandemic.
