In Canberra , amid test series prepartions an altercation broke out b/w Sarfaraz and Saud Shakeel has gone viral.
Pakistan to play against Australia in a three-match Test series.Pakistan to face Australia at the latter’s home in a three-match Test series starting on December 14.
In the video, recorded during a training session Saud Shakeel questioned Sarfaraz, “For how long will I continue to be of use to you?”
“You won’t be of any use to me. To begin with, I never instructed you to do anything. I never requested you to make a swap. I swapped with the person I intended to,”Sarfaraz Ahmed replied.
Shakeel countered, saying, “You still made the swap, so I was beneficial to you.”
This kind of friction is precisely what Pakistan will have wanted to avoid after a turbulent period following the World Cup.
Whether this was a simple disagreement or something deeper will be known in time, but now is the time for the side to present a united front.
Pakistan will take on a Prime Minister’s XI in a warm-up match in Canberra tomorrow (December 6), before the first Test against Australia begins in Perth on December 14.
