“I have lost my phone and contacts. Will get back to everyone as soon as I find it,” he wrote.

Fans expressed concern and reassured Babar not to worry.

Five days later, he revealed that his phone had been found—but in reality, it was never lost.

“Phone mil gaya, and all your worries are greatly appreciated!,” he posted, adding a laughing emoji.

While some fans were amused by the stunt, others advised Babar to focus on his form, emphasizing that major tournaments were approaching and they expected him to perform well for the team.
