ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final match will be played between India and New Zealand in Dubai today.
India and New Zealand will face each other in the final of the Champions Trophy after 25 years.
In the final of the second edition of the ICC Champions Trophy played in Nairobi 25 years ago, New Zealand defeated India by four wickets thanks to Chris Keynes’s brilliant century.
In the 2002 Champions Trophy, India and Sri Lanka were declared joint champions, after which India won the title by defeating England in 2013 and lost to Pakistan by 180 runs in 2017.
India is going to play the Champions Trophy final for the fifth time, while New Zealand will play the Champions Trophy final for the third time.
The two teams have met twice in the Champions Trophy and both have won one match each.
