Sahibzada Farhan sets new national record in T20 cricket

Peshawar region’s top-order batter Sahibzada Farhan set a new national record in T20 cricket in the National T20 Cup.
Sahibzada Farhan has scored 588 runs in 6 innings of National T20. The batter, representing Peshawar, has made the record for the most runs in a single edition of the national T20.
Even before this, this record was in the name of Sahibzada Farhan, who had scored 492 runs in 12 innings last season.
Sahibzada Farhan scored 148 off 72 balls against Abbottabad Region in the match played in Faisalabad. He hit 12 sixes and 10 fours in his innings. He completed his century in 58 balls with the help of 6 sixes and 8 fours.
Sahibzada Farhan also equaled Fakhar Zaman’s national record of most runs in a T20 tournament edition, who scored 588 runs in 13 innings in the 2022 edition of The Pakistan Super League.
