PSL 2025 Karachi Matches Schedule

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, which is Pakistan‘s top cricket tournament, is scheduled to begin on Friday, April 11. The opening game will have Islamabad United as the defending champions face Lahore Qalandars in Rawalpindi.

The tournament will see six teams on a timetable that includes 34 matches starting from April 11 to May 18. It will have 13 matches at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore including both Eliminators and the final. There are also five matches planned at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, where Karachi Kings, winners of PSL 5, will open their tournament against Multan Sultans on April 12.

PSL 2025: Complete Match Schedule in Karachi

The following fixtures are scheduled at Karachi’s National Bank Stadium:

April 12 – Karachi Kings vs. Multan Sultans
April 15 – Karachi Kings vs. Lahore Qalandars
April 18 – Karachi Kings vs. Quetta Gladiators
April 20 – Karachi Kings vs. Islamabad United
April 21 – Karachi Kings vs. Peshawar Zalmi

Match Officials for PSL 2025

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the match officials for the 10th edition of PSL, which will be played across four venues – Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi. The tournament will have 13 umpires and seven match referees who will officiate the 30 matches. The match officials for the Qualifier, Eliminators, and Final will be announced in an later date.

Umpires Panel

The list features members from the Elite Panel of ICC Umpires, including Ahsan Raza, Paul Reiffel, and Kumar Dharmasena, as well as Alex Wharf and Chris Brown. The PCB International Panel of Umpires includes Aleem Dar, Asif Yaqoob, Faisal Khan Afridi, and Rashid Riaz Waqar from Pakistan. Moreover, Abdul Moqeet, Nasir Hussain, Tariq Rasheed, and Zulfiqar Jan from the PCB Elite Panel of Umpires will also officiate matches this season in PSL.

Match Referees

The ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees features Ranjan Madugalle and Roshan Mahanama presiding over the matches. The PCB International Panel will be represented by Ali Naqvi and Muhammad Javed Malik, alongside an exemplary trio of Iftikhar Ahmed, Iqbal Sheikh, and Nadeem Arshad. With top-level teams and officials signed up, PSL 2025 is set to deliver another exciting season of cricket for the people of Pakistan.
