PSB Announces Rs 8.2 Million Cash Reward for Under-16 Volleyball Team

The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has announced a cash reward of Rs 8.2 million for the national under-16 volleyball team following their historic victory in the Asian Under-16 Volleyball Championship.

According to a PSB spokesperson, each player of the 12-member squad will receive Rs 600,000, totaling Rs 7.2 million in player awards. Additionally, as per PSB policy, 50% of the team award is allocated for the coaching staff, who will receive a total of Rs 1 million.

Pakistan clinched the title after a thrilling final match, defeating defending champions Iran 3-2 to secure the prestigious trophy.
