West Indies Chase Down 134 Runs on Last Ball to Beat Pakistan in Second T20
In the second T20 match of the three-match series held in Florida, Pakistan narrowly lost to West Indies by two wickets. The match began early this morning at 5 AM Pakistan time.
After winning the toss, Pakistan elected to bat first and set a target of 134 runs for West Indies to chase. Hasan Nawaz was the top scorer for Pakistan with 40 runs, followed by captain Salman Ali Agha, who scored 38 runs. Fakhar Zaman added 20 runs to the total.
West Indies’ bowling attack was led by Jason Holder, who took 4 wickets for just 19 runs. Gudakesh Motie also made an impact by taking 2 wickets while conceding 39 runs.
In response, West Indies reached the target on the very last ball of the match. Gudakesh Motie was the highest scorer for the visitors with 28 runs, while captain Shai Hope contributed 21 runs. Roston Chase and Jason Holder each added 16 runs.
Meanwhile, the ongoing three-Test series between the two teams remains evenly poised at 1-1.
