PSL 10: Islamabad United win Toss, opt to bat vs Zalmi

In the fifth match of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10, Islamabad United won the toss and elected to bat against Peshawar Zalmi.

This is the second match between the two teams in the event, Islamabad United has 2 points while Peshawar Zalmi is looking for a win.

Babar Azam’s team Peshawar Zalmi lost to Quetta Gladiators in the first match, while Islamabad United defeated Lahore Qalandars in the opening match.

Earlier, Lahore Qalandars defeated Quetta Gladiators by 79 runs in the fourth match of HBL PSL 2025.

In the fourth match of PSL 10, Quetta Gladiators and Lahore Qalandars faced off at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, where Gladiators won the toss and elected to field and invited Lahore Qalandars to bat.

Batting first, Lahore Qalandars scored 219 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the allotted 20 overs.Fakhar Zaman stood out for Qalandars with an innings of 67 runs, while Abdullah Shafiq and Daryl Mitchell scored 37 runs each.Aqeel Hussain and Abrar Ahmed led two players each to the pavilion for the Gladiators.

Chasing the target, Quetta’s team was bowled out for 140 runs, with Kaushal Mendis scoring 28 runs, Riley Rossouw scoring 44 runs, Finn Allen scoring 0 runs, Saud Shakeel and Hassan Nawaz scoring one run each.
