Google rolls out new feature for Gmail users
The world’s most famous search engine Google has introduced a new feature for Android users of Gmail, which can make email address of the users more secure.
A major change is coming to the Android Gmail app. Gmail will no longer need to delete or re-enter a contact in the wrong address field when users often put it in the wrong address field.
According to the report, if you have typed a contact in the wrong address field in the Gmail app on Android, there is no need to delete and re-enter it.
That is, if you put an address in To that should be in CC or BCC, don’t delete it and type it again.
Instead you can drag the contact down to CC or BCC or move the contact in CC to ‘TO’.
According to Wiggle, the new drag and drop feature will be fully available by December 14. The feature will be available to all Google Workspace customers, Workspace individual subscribers, and most importantly, users with a personal Google Account.
