Is radiation emitted from smartphone really harmful to heart?

It is well known among some people that by keeping a mobile phone near the heart, conical radiation rays can damage the organ.
But what does science say about whether or not mobile radiation has an effect on the heart rate. The following is discussed in this regard.
Some studies suggest that prolonged exposure to electromagnetic radiation (EMR) from phones can affect the rate variation of heartbeats. It is linked to stress and the functioning of the autonomic nervous system.
A 2013 study found that long-term mobile phone use can alter heart rate in some people, especially those with a pre-existing heart-related medical condition.
Some research suggests that EMR exposure can increase oxidative stress on the heart and contribute to inflammation, which is a potential risk factor for heart disease.
However these studies are often based on exposure to high radiation levels that are much higher than the radiation rays of a typical phone.
There is no strong evidence of direct heart damage.
