Motorola Introduces Moto G06 and G06 Power with 7,000mAh Battery

Motorola has officially expanded its G-series lineup with the launch of two new smartphones — the Moto G06 and the Moto G06 Power. The standout feature is the G06 Power, which comes equipped with the company’s largest battery to date, boasting 7,000mAh capacity.

According to Motorola, this powerful battery can deliver “up to 28 hours of video playback on one charge” and retain “80% battery health even after 1,000 charge cycles.” Despite its size, the device supports only 18W charging.

Meanwhile, the standard Moto G06 offers a 5,200mAh battery with 10W charging, making it a more modest option, though still sufficient for daily usage.

Both devices share the same core specifications. They feature a 6.88-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 600 nits brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Powering both models is the MediaTek Helio G81, paired with 4GB or 8GB RAM and storage options of 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB, expandable via microSD.

For photography, users will get a 50MP primary rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera. Other highlights include IP64 splash resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

In terms of design, the Moto G06 is available in Pantone Arabesque, Pantone Tapestry, and Pantone Tendril finishes, while the G06 Power will be sold in Pantone Laurel Oak and Pantone Tapestry. Pricing and release details are yet to be revealed.
