Elon Musk’s X goes down for thousands of users globally

X (formerly Twitter) faced a global outage on Monday, affecting thousands of users around the world, including Pakistan. Many people reported problems while using the app and website.

According to Downdetector, about 69% of users reported issues with the X mobile app. Around 22% faced problems on the website, while 8% had trouble with their feed and timelines.\

This is the second major outage this year. Earlier, on January 13, 2026, the platform also went down in several countries, including the United States, Pakistan, and the United Kingdom.

So far, the Elon Musk-owned platform has not released any official statement about the cause of the outage or when the issue will be fixed.
