CNIC or Child Registration Certificate (CRC)
Medical report confirming disability
Visit Registration Center or Mobile Van
Go to the nearest BISP center or wait for a mobile van in rural areas
Provide your documents for verification
Get a Smart Disability ID Card
NADRA will issue a Smart CNIC mentioning your disability
Start Receiving Benefits
Once approved, you’ll get quarterly payments under the Kafaalat program
Ask about education stipends for school-going children
