Nita Ambani’s Rarest $2 Million Hermès Sac Bijou Birkin Bag Leaves Everyone Spellbound

Nita Ambani turned heads at designer Manish Malhotra’s Diwali celebration as she arrived carrying a rare Hermès Sac Bijou Birkin bag, estimated to be worth approximately ₹17 crore (around $2 million).

The exquisite miniature piece, part of Hermès’s fine jewelry collection, stands among the rarest handbags ever crafted. Fashioned from 18k white gold, the bag mirrors the silhouette of the classic Birkin. Its flap bears a crocodile-skin texture, while the entire body and hardware glisten with diamonds.

Reports indicate that the bag is adorned with more than 3,000 diamonds, though certain accounts cite a total of 2,712 stones. With only three such creations known to exist worldwide, the Sac Bijou Birkin is classified as a “wearable jewelry” item rather than a conventional handbag.

Valued at around ₹17 crore, it ranks among the most opulent and exclusive accessories ever produced. Complementing the luxurious piece, Ambani donned a silver sequin saree and paired it with striking Colombian emerald jewelry for the festive occasion.
