‘Imran Khan to be released from jail by month-end’

PTI founder Imran Khan would be released from Adiala Jail by the end of this month.

During the recent by-elections we were not allowed to hold rallies and our people were picked up, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former National Assembly speaker told a press conference in Manchester.

Asad Qaiser said that the PTI founder would neither make any compromise nor succumb to pressure from anyone.

The former speaker expressed hope that the PTI founder would come out of jail by the end of this month.

Earlier, PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah said the release of PTI founder Imran Khan from jail is not a big deal if the party’s leadership hold negotiations.

Talks can solve even the biggest impossible things, a key PML-N leader said while speaking on a local TV show.

Rana Sanaullah said that said that after February 8 elections, PML-N overcame its weaknesses while PTI voters did not come out in the by-elections.

In response to a question, he said that he would try to understand Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s point of view.

We will make allout efforts to convince anyone who is unhappy, he further said.

On the other hand, JUI-F spokesperson Hafiz Hamdullah rejected Rana Sanaullah’s statement of convincing Maulana Fazlur Rehman. The spokesperson said that  Maulana did the politics of reconciliation but even reconciliation has a limit. Now, the matter has gone far beyond convincing, he concluded.
