Matric and intermediate exams will start on these dates in Sindh

The Sindh education department has decided to hold the matric and inter exams in March and April.

In this connection, a notification has been issued by provincial education department.

It said that it has been decided to start the exams of Class IX and X from March 15 and Class XI and XII from April 15 in the province.

It added that the matric results will be announced by July 15 while intermediate’s by August 15.

Apart from this, the notification also states that the academic year 2025-26 in schools in Sindh will start from April 1, while the new session in colleges will begin on August 1, 2025.

The previous schedule of winter and summer vacations has been maintained as the summer vacations would be from June 1 to July 31 and winter vacations from December 22 to December 31.
