What Are Fitrana and Fidya?

The council emphasized that these contributions should be made according to one’s financial capability, urging Muslims to fulfill their religious obligations responsibly.
Final Note: The rates are based on current market prices and may vary slightly by region. Muslims are encouraged to consult local scholars if uncertain about the appropriate amount.
Key Takeaway:
- Minimum Fitrana: Rs 220 (wheat)
- Higher rates apply for dates, raisins, apricots
