Heatwave continues, PMD predicts rain across country this week

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has warned that many areas in Sindh will keep facing intense heat for the next few days.

They said that Karachi and other parts of the province will see temperatures much higher than normal, and strong winds are expected to hit Karachi starting tomorrow.

However, there is some good news. A new weather system will arrive on May 1, and rain is expected in the northern parts of the country until May 5.

PMD also mentioned that this new system might bring some rain to Sindh between May 2 and May 3, offering some relief from the extreme heat.
