Islamabad Weather Alert: PMD Warns of Intense Heat and Dusty Winds

According to the Meteorological Department, today Islamabad and many other regions in the country are likely to experience intense heat, with dusty winds expected in the plains.

During the day, the weather in Islamabad will be hot and dry. Most districts of Punjab will also face severe heat, although gusty winds may blow in the plains after midday. The majority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa districts will experience warm weather, while the southern districts will face extreme heat.

In Sindh, most districts will see scorching sunshine, accompanied by strong and dusty winds in the plains. Similarly, most districts of Balochistan are expected to endure a very hot day.

Last night, the highest rainfall was recorded in Churat with 12 millimeters, followed by 4 mm in Islamabad and 2 mm in Rawalpindi.
