Monsoon rains expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted intermittent monsoon rains in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and several other regions on Friday night and Saturday.
According to the weather officials, monsoon winds are entering the upper parts of the country, and a westerly weather system is also present. Because of this, rain is expected in parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northeast Balochistan.

Saturday: The weather will stay hot and humid in most areas. However, rain may fall in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and some places in northeastern Punjab, Kashmir, and upper KP.

Saturday: 33°C to 35°C
Sunday: 34°C to 36°C
Monday: 35°C to 37°C
Rawalpindi Temperature:
Saturday: 32°C to 34°C
Sunday: 33°C to 35°C
Monday: 34°C to 36°C

Some light to moderate rains were reported in parts of KP, Punjab, Kashmir, and Balochistan.

In Islamabad, Friday’s maximum temperature was 34°C with 86% humidity. In Rawalpindi, it was 33°C with 64% humidity.
