Karachi weather update: Heat to rise, no rain expected

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has said that there is no chance of rain in Sindh, including Karachi, at the moment.

Officials explained that the westerly weather system is expected to move towards the upper parts of the country, which means Sindh will remain dry.

They also said that temperatures are likely to rise in Sindh, including Karachi, in the coming days. From April 10, the temperature in Karachi is expected to increase and may reach 34°C or higher.

The department further warned that there is a chance of a heatwave in the last days of April, which could make the weather much hotter for people in the city and other parts of Sindh.
