ISIS deputy caliph killed during Iraqi security forces raid, Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi confirmed.
Mr. Kadhimi posted a tweet regarding news of killing of Abu Yaser Issawi.

Al Issawi was leading Daesh as the country head of the terror group in Iraq.
Besides, he claims himself as deputy caliph of Daesh group (ISIL aka IS or ISIS).
He claimed credit for the killing.
He said: “We promised and fulfilled. I gave my word to pursue Daesh terrorists, we gave them a thundering response.”
Furthermore, Iraqi PM said: “Our heroic armed forces have eliminated Daesh commander Abu Yaser Al-Issawi as part of an intelligence-led operation. Long live Iraq and its patriotic armed forces.”
