Erdogan terms Israel as Zionist terrorist organisation

Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has termed Israel as Zionist terrorist organisation over its unjustified attacks on Lebanon and Gaza.
The Turkish president also reiterated his criticism of Western powers, especially the US, for their support extended to Israel.
Addressing lawmakers from his ruling AK Party in the parliament, President Erdogan said that the cross-border fire between Israel and Iran in recent days had heightened the risk of a regional conflict.
He vowed that Turkiye will continue to expose hypocrisy in the West.
He warned Israel’s expansionist policies would ultimately target Turkiye and added that Ankara has the power to burst their bubble.
The Turkish president said that Israel’s promised land delusion will ultimately lead to great disappointment and defeat.
Referring to the Israeli prime minister’s welcome at the US Congress, Erdogan said that history would never forgive those who applauded Netanyahu who has blood of tens of thousands on his hands.
He lauded Hamas and said that the group’s freedom fighters are fighting for the honour of the Muslim world and Turkiye in Gaza.
