Desecration of Palestinian flag sparks clash between Israeli fans and Arab protesters

Israeli fans clashed with Palestinian protesters outside a stadium after a football match played in the Netherlands.
According to foreign media, several people were injured as a result of the clash between supporters of the Israeli football team Maccabi Tel Aviv and Palestinian protesters after the ongoing Europa League football match in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands.
Hundreds of supporters of Maccabi Tel Aviv came to Amsterdam, held a very vocal rally in the main square before the incident, waving Israeli flags, and also took down a Palestinian flag. They also desecrated the Palestinian flag and also raised anti-Arab and hateful slogans against the children of Gaza, which resulted in the clash.
Arab media said before the match, the Israeli spectators continued to make noise even during a minute’s silence for those who died in the flood in Spain, and anti-Arab anthems were read during that time.
After the clash, the Israeli foreign ministry has instructed its citizens to be confined to hotels, while Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has ordered two planes to be sent to Amsterdam as an emergency to bring back their citizens.
