Israel denies permission to take fabricated homes to Gaza

14 February, 2025 17:12

Israel has refused to allow fabricated homes for Palestinians facing extreme weather conditions to be transported to Gaza.

Hamas recently announced the release of Israeli prisoners in accordance with the deal after Israel assured the implementation of the ceasefire agreement, which removed the shadow on the ceasefire deal, but Israeli authorities are still not allowing relief items to enter Gaza according to the agreement.

Israeli authorities are not allowing heavy machinery and civilian mobile houses on the Egyptian side of the Rafah border to enter Gaza in accordance with the ceasefire agreement.

According to the report, only food items, medicines, blankets and tents are being allowed by Israeli authorities to reach the people of Gaza, but they are also insufficient.

Patients are being allowed to enter Egypt through the Rafah border for treatment.

Arab media have described the next 24 hours as crucial as Hamas is due to release some more Israeli prisoners tomorrow but Israel is still reluctant to fully implement the ceasefire agreement.
