Israel agrees to release 620 Palestinian prisoners

Hamas and Israel have agreed to release more than 600 Palestinian prisoners and exchange the bodies of four Israeli hostages.
According to Arab media, more than 600 Palestinian prisoners who were supposed to be released last week but were stopped by Israel are now likely to be released soon.
Israeli media also confirmed that obstacles to the ceasefire deal have been removed, saying that Palestinian prisoners are likely to be released today, after which Hamas will hand over the bodies of four Israeli hostages to Israel through Egypt.
US Envoy Steve Wittkov said Israeli representatives had left for talks on the second round of the Gaza ceasefire, which would be hosted by Egypt and Qatar in Cairo or Doha.
Earlier, Israel has decided to impose new restrictions on Palestinians entering the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the month of Ramazan.
An Arab media report said that the Zionist government has decided to impose new restrictions on the entry of Palestinians into the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the arrival of the month of Ramazan.
