Kashmiri Muslims living example of humanity, brotherhood and religious tolerance

Muslims attended funeral of a Hindu woman in Pulwama’s Panglana area.

According to Kashmir Media Service, neighbouring Muslims helped cremate the woman’s body. After the death of Hindu woman Raniji, Muslim men and women reached her house to share the grief.

In the 1990s, most Hindu families left Kashmir, but Raniji.

Muslims always supported the family and provided support at every opportunity.

Whenever they have an occasion of happiness or sorrow, it does not feel that the event is being held in a Hindu house or in a Muslim family.

Muslims maintained brotherhood with Pandit families even in the 1990s.

Muslims in the Kashmir Valley share the grief and happiness of neighboring non-Muslims.

Kashmir still has the same brotherhood that used to exist here centuries ago, said locals.

Muslims here have helped Hindus at every step, said Fayyaz.
