A video of the helicopter falling into the Hudson River in New York has surfaced.
Six people were killed when a helicopter crashed into the Hudson River on Thursday afternoon, near Jersey City at around 3:15 p.m.
Police said six people, including three children, were on board the helicopter and the bodies were pulled out of the river.
The mayor of New York said the family killed in the crash was from Spain.
According to initial reports, the helicopter was split into two parts in the air and debris was seen scattering in the air before falling into the river.
According to the report, the cause of the accident is not yet known, while the Federal Aviation Administration has started an investigation into the accident.
