30 April, 2025 10:30

US President Donald Trump, addressing a large public meeting in Warren, Michigan, described the performance of the first 100 days of his second term as a historic achievement.

In his public address, President Donald Trump strongly criticized the Democratic Party, especially former President Joe Biden.

Trump claimed that during his presidency (2017-2021), the US economy was the strongest economy in history, he said that we performed tremendously, and now we are doing even better.

The rally in Michigan, the center of America’s auto industry and a politically decisive state, was the largest gathering since President Trump was sworn in on January 20.

Trump also lashed out at Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, saying he was not doing justice to his position.

Trump said that in recent months, the American people are worried about economic policies due to the continuous increase in inflation and tariffs (taxes) imposed on countries around the world.

Thousands of people attended the rally in Warren, where General Motors’ technical center is also located.

Trump said he was committed to putting the United States back on the path of economic growth and that his critics must acknowledge his achievements.
