Trump signs executive order to cut drug prices across US

Donald Trump has signed an executive order to reduce drug prices across the United States.

According to foreign media, President Trump has signed an executive order to lower drug prices nationwide.

On this occasion, President Trump stated that if drug prices in the U.S. do not equal those in other countries, tariffs will be imposed on pharmaceutical companies.

He mentioned that he wants drug prices in the US to be reduced by 59 to 90 percent, as prices in the US are three times higher compared to developing countries.
