Iran Strikes Back: Launches 100 Drones at Israel in Retaliation

Iran launched over 100 missiles and drones at Israel in a forceful response to Israeli attacks.

According to Iranian media, the assault included cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, and suicide drones.

This is being described as the largest Iranian attack to date, creating an atmosphere of fear and panic in Israel, with citizens rushing to shelters.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense confirmed Iran’s attack, stating that they are attempting to intercept the drones.

Israeli army spokesperson Brigadier General Efi Defrin said that Iran had launched 100 UAVs toward Israel, which were successfully neutralized.

Brigadier General Defrin further claimed that in last night’s attacks, Iran’s Chief of Staff, the Commander of the Revolutionary Guards, and the head of Iran’s Emergency Command were killed.

In anticipation of a possible Iranian counter-response, a state of emergency has been declared in Israel.

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement saying that Israeli citizens must remain in shelters.

A National Security meeting has been convened under the leadership of the Israeli Prime Minister.

Israeli media reports that US President Trump had been informed about the attack a week in advance.
