Israel Strikes Iranian State TV During Live Broadcast

Israel attacked Iranian state TV during a live broadcast, with a female anchor Sahar Emami seen avoiding the missile attack.

According to Al Jazeera, shortly after the Israeli Defense Minister threatened Iran’s state TV and radio, Israel launched a missile attack on the state TV building.

The female anchor was working during a live broadcast when the Israeli missile hit the building.

Following the Israeli missile attack, ISNA reported that Iranian state TV broadcasts had been restored after being briefly down.

Mehr News Agency reported that female anchor Sahar Emami has resumed broadcasting, but evacuations have begun from residential areas near Iran’s state TV.

The Israeli Defense Minister, while acknowledging the attack, said that the Iranian propaganda center is about to be destroyed and preparations have been completed to shut down Iranian broadcasting organizations.
