'Trump started it, we’ll end it': Iran warns US
Iran has issued a strong warning to the United States after the bombing of three of its major nuclear facilities. Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya unit, said the US will face “powerful attacks with severe consequences” in response.
Speaking to Iranian media, Colonel Zolfaghari called the attack a “criminal act” and accused the US of acting on behalf of Israel. He described the bombing as a “blatant violation of Iran’s sovereignty” and said it was carried out with the goal of “reviving a dying Zionist regime.”
He added that this strike “expands the legitimate and diverse range of targets for Iran,” suggesting that Iran now sees more locations as valid targets for retaliation.
Zolfaghari warned the US directly, saying to “await harsh operations and severe consequences.” He also quoted a divine command: “Prepare against them whatever you are able of power… that you may strike terror into [the hearts of] the enemy of Allah.”
He claimed that by bombing Iranian territory, the US has “jumped into a direct war with Iran” but “failed to achieve its objectives.” According to him, this move has “paved the way for the spread of war in the region.”
Zolfaghari went on to say that “war will never prove beneficial for the US” and that the “enemy will be surprised by the retaliatory operations of the mujahideen.”
He ended his statement with a bold message aimed at the US leadership: “Trump gambled by starting the war; we will end it.”
The situation remains tense as both sides exchange warnings, and the world watches closely for what comes next.
