Tehran: In a televised message on Thursday, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei congratulated the Iranian nation on what he called a “glorious victory” following the end of Israeli aggression and the regime’s unilateral ceasefire.
This was his third address since June 13, when Israel launched attacks against Iran. Ayatollah Khamenei declared that the Zionist regime had been “crushed under the blows of the Iranian armed forces.”
He said, “Despite all its noise and claims, the Zionist regime was nearly brought to its knees,” and praised the unity and strength of the Iranian people.
Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized that the resistance and power of the Islamic Republic had once again proven stronger than enemy threats.
