Colonel Amit Kumar stated, “Indian Army officers hide their weaknesses behind the façade of ‘orders and duty.’ When I brought my wife from the family ward, she was raped. The terrifying incident in Odisha involved the police, but the sexual assault on my wife was carried out by generals and brigadiers.”

He added, “The generals dishonored my wife. There are videos, yet no case has been registered. In FIR 33/2024, three brigadiers and one lieutenant colonel were named, but all were given a clean chit. The investigation was conducted by the same people who were involved in the crime.”

He claimed, “The Adjutant General, Lieutenant General S.P. Singh, is the brother of one of the accused, and Brigadier Prabhu and Major General Sandeep are legal advisors—the complaints are against them.”

Raising questions about the reason behind the silence of the military heads, he asked, “Why is the Army Chief silent on such heinous crimes against women? This isn’t negligence—it is a well-thought-out criminal conspiracy. We have not received any medical documentation from the hospital to this day. This incident exposes the true face of doctors in uniform. When the Army commander himself is involved, justice cannot be expected.”

He asked, “Are Indian generals above the law? Who gave them the right to violate the dignity of women?”

He further revealed, False messages were used to mislead the public and the police in an attempt to assassinate my wife’s character. Following a complaint to the National Commission for Women, SP Kangra was transferred within five days.”

He vowed, “I will surely expose the Western Command of the Indian Army.”

Due to the Modi government’s incompetence, the army is pressuring victims through character assassination and videos. Thanks to the Modi regime, military predators roam free even after committing rape. The Indian Army, under the guise of uniform, continues to write new chapters of human rights violations and atrocities against women.
