FM Ishaq Dar Calls for Practical Solutions to Palestine, Kashmir for Global Peace

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar emphasized that solving the Palestine and Kashmir issues is crucial for achieving global peace.

In an exclusive interview with Al Arabiya TV, he mentioned that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved according to the United Nations resolutions to establish lasting peace in South Asia.

He highlighted that Pakistan has always sought peace and does not desire conflict with any nation. He also stated that Pakistan is willing to engage in talks with India if the United States is ready to act as a mediator.

He urged the international community, particularly the UN and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to move beyond statements and take concrete actions to address these longstanding conflicts.

Additionally, Ishaq Dar expressed strong support for the joint peace conference organized by France and Saudi Arabia, affirming Pakistan’s backing of any initiative that helps resolve issues within the Muslim world.
