Recognizing Palestine Talks
Washington – US President Donald Trump has said that there were no discussions with the British Prime Minister about recognizing Palestine as a state.
“We did not talk about recognizing Palestine,” President Trump said, adding that doing so would be like rewarding Hamas.
He also issued a warning to India, threatening to impose a 25% tariff on Indian products.
“If no trade agreement is reached, India could face a 20% to 25% tariff rate,” Trump stated.
The US President emphasized that strong trade policies are necessary to protect American industries.
