Adani Scandal, Modi’s Silence, and Trump’s Pressure

The Modi-Adani nexus has led to India’s diplomatic isolation on the global stage, while Modi’s silence on Trump’s tariff threats serves as clear evidence of internal corruption.

The ongoing investigation in the United States into Adani’s financial scandal has tied Modi’s hands. There is a growing risk that financial links between Modi, Adani, and Russian oil deals could be exposed, while diplomatic decisions are increasingly under foreign pressure.

Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi criticized the Modi government in a post on X, stating that India must realize how the Adani investigation in the U.S. has rendered Modi helpless in the face of Trump’s threats.

Rahul Gandhi further said that a serious danger lies in the potential exposure of financial ties between Modi, Adani, and the Russian oil deals. The Modi government is effectively paralyzed.

To protect its own corruption, the Modi administration is paying the price in the form of compromised national dignity, weakened global standing, and growing diplomatic isolation. Modi’s helplessness in the international community is a direct result of financial entanglements with Adani.
