Pakistani professionals working remotely can now apply for a one-year Dubai Virtual Visa, allowing them to enjoy the emirate’s modern lifestyle while continuing their jobs with ease. This visa can be extended if the applicant fulfills the necessary conditions.

According to the Dubai government, “the applicant must be employed by a foreign company or own a business registered outside the UAE,” with a valid one-year work contract.

Minimum Income Requirement

A key eligibility criterion for the virtual visa is the monthly income threshold. “The minimum monthly income required for the Dubai visa stands at AED 12,856.” Based on current rates, 1 AED equals Rs76.79, meaning Pakistani applicants need a monthly income of Rs987,212 to qualify.

• Health insurance
• Proof of employment or business ownership
• Clean criminal record certificate
• Passport-size photo
• Salary slip or last 3 months’ bank statements

Post-Arrival in Dubai

After arrival, applicants must undergo a medical fitness test before receiving their Emirate ID and visa stamping.
