Turkish First Lady Writes to US First Lady Over Gaza Children

Ankara: Turkish First Lady Emine Erdoğan has written a heartfelt letter to US First Lady Melania Trump, urging her to raise her voice for the children of Gaza, Turkish media reported.

In her letter, Emine Erdoğan described Gaza as a “graveyard for children,” blaming Israeli brutality for the worsening humanitarian crisis. She noted that the words “Unknown Child,” written on the shrouds of thousands of innocent victims, remain an “unhealable wound on the conscience of humanity.”

The Turkish First Lady expressed hope that Melania Trump would show sensitivity towards the plight of Gaza’s children, emphasizing that their suffering requires urgent global attention.

“We must unite our voices and our strength against the ongoing injustice in Gaza,” Emine Erdoğan stressed, calling for collective action to protect innocent lives.
