Six Journalists Killed in Single Day After Israel’s Brutal Strikes in Gaza

The Israeli military’s brutal bombardment continues in Gaza, killing six journalists in a single day.

According to reports, the Israeli army carried out two consecutive airstrikes on Al-Nasser Hospital in Gaza, killing 20 people, including patients, doctors, civil defense volunteers, and five journalists.

The report identified the journalists among the victims as: Husam Al-Masri, a cameraman for the foreign news agency Reuters; Maryam Abu Daqah, a correspondent for the American news agency AP and the British newspaper The Independent; Moaz Abu Taha, a journalist for American TV channel NBC; Mohamed Salama, a photojournalist for Al Jazeera; and Ahmed Abu Aziz, a journalist for Quds Network.

The journalists were reporting from the hospital on Palestinians suffering under Israel’s imposed siege.

In Al-Mawasi Camp, another journalist was killed by Israeli fire. The deceased, Hassan Zouhan, worked for a Palestinian newspaper.

It is worth noting that the number of journalists killed in the ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza has reached 246.
